Our actions will constitute to the consequences we'll face.
Two months into my first ever full time job and realization one; It doesn't matter whether you're good or you're putting in effort daily for our job but as long as your people (your superiors, colleagues, direct clients, indirect clients) think otherwise, you're good.
Realization two: You can suck at your job, like you're just going through the motion all for the job, but hey, as long as you're punctual and you don't make any mistakes, Oh wow you're doing good at your job.
This is the REAL world and how it really work out there for most of the companies. The time employees are paid for, sometimes are just wasting resources and yet, they still don't do anything about it because nothing can be done. There I conclude, working life sucks, I just wanna stay at home and be a taitai and money drop from the sky so I could go travel around the world. *praying and wishing for the unrealistic dream to come true~~*
